Description
All packages come with a newly mated queen and three pounds of worker bees. If the queen is found dead at time of installation or upon day 3 inspection after installation, please call us immediately and return the dead queen, still in cage, for free replacement. Any packages not claimed by close of business on the last day of pickup at the bee store will be forfeited (no refunds) and resold or hived as these are living perishable creatures needing an immediate new home.
Please keep in mind that these pickup dates are tentative and may change due to unforeseen circumstances like poor weather in Georgia. We personally make these trips to Georgia with a customized trailer to supply bees that are as stress free as we can make them. When you pick up your packages, many will have been in boxes less than 48 hours.
